Reading quiz on intro to the Middle Ages (116--123).
Reviewed how fatalism is reflected in "The Seafarer," and how it reflects a basic orientation of the time.
Reviewed and discussed the Anglo-Saxon poem "The Wanderer."
Listened to a musical performance of the poem.
Students took notes on the historical transition from Anglo Saxon period to the Norman Invasion in 1066.
